					<description><![CDATA[Not to be a contrarian, but upgrading to the latest LTS version is not always the best choice.  We upgraded from 16.04 to 18.04 when the stable version came out only to be forced to go back to 16.04 owing to being unable to compile a tunneling application that we depend on with 18.04.  Our hard headed determination to &quot;make it work&quot;  led to hours of fruitless searching for a solution  and no alternative than to go back to 16.04.]]></description>
